$199/month for Solo — the standard plan most installers run on. Larger teams or specialized setups land on a Custom plan; talk to us. Verified Helo, Harvia, Amerec, or Almost Heaven authorized dealers and NASS members qualify for the $179/mo Dealer rate. No setup fees.
What's included?

Is this US-only?
Yes. Sauna Scale is built around US installers — US tax handling and US-style residential electrical assumptions in the configurator. International support is on the roadmap.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every lead, conversation, and quote belongs to your org. Export to CSV at any time from the dashboard. If you cancel, you keep your exports — we delete the rest within 30 days.
How hard is it to install on my site?
Paste one script tag in your site footer. That's it. The widget loads asynchronously, doesn't block your page, and works on every CMS — WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, custom HTML. Full instructions in the embed docs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from /settings/billing in one click. You keep access until the end of the billing period and you can export your data on the way out.
Does the agent ever pretend to be a person?
No. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant on the first message and is honest about it for the whole conversation. When a homeowner needs a real person, it sets an async expectation — 'someone from the team will text or call you back within one business day' — and drops a follow-up action on your dashboard.
Does it work with Cal.com?
Yes. Connect your Cal.com account in settings, pick the event type for site visits, and the agent will offer your real availability and book confirmed appointments. See the Cal.com integration docs.
